500gr baking flour

6gr Yeast

1 tsp Chicken powder

Salt (a pinch)

Olive oil (3 spoonful)

200 ml luke warm water/milk

2 eggs


1 clove of garlic

1 onion

5 spoonful of ketchup (or tomato puree)

5 spoonful of chili sauce

a pinch of salt, sugar, and pepper (white/black).

Toppings: (To taste)

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Oregano/ Basil

Black olives

Pepperoni/ smoked beef

Green paprika

Pineapple (or not! your call ;D)


  • Dough:
  • Mix flour, yeast, and chicken powder.
  • Pour milk/water.  Mix it well.
  • Add the eggs and olive oil at the same time. Knead the dough.
  • Cover with a wrapper and let sit for one hour.

Make the sauce: Stir-fry minced garlic and chopped onion until golden brown, add the rest of ingredients such as ketchup/tomato puree, pepper, salt, sugar, chili sauce.

Heat the pan. Spray with olive oil. Flatten the dough and lay it on the pan. Spread the sauce, add shredded cheese, followed by other toppings. Sprinkle some basil/ oregano.

Cover the pan and cook it over very low heat for 20 minutes.
